A distinguished business leader and faith-based mentor, Steve Dulin is the founder and president of MasterPlan Business Ministries, Inc., an organization he established in 1996 to provide business mentorship rooted in biblical principles. Before shifting his focus to ministry, he founded Milestone Construction in 1990, where he oversaw commercial interior finish-out projects. After two decades of profitability, Steve Dulin sold the company in 2009.

Mr. Dulin’s current work centers on mentoring business leaders through faith-driven principles. He has developed a widely used curriculum on conducting business according to biblical teachings, along with a set of instructional CDs titled How to Do Business God’s Way. In 2006, he received the LASER award from King’s College and Seminary. He has also served on boards of national nonprofits.

A graduate of Rice University with a major in economics, political science, and business management, Mr. Dulin has spoken on platforms such as TBN, Daystar, and various business podcasts. He and his wife, Melody, have been married for over 40 years and enjoy spending time with their daughters and grandchildren.
